Are your leaves starting to change colors yet? Well, our Fall TV schedule has already made the change and along with that seasonal shift in our televised viewing habits we’ve compiled a brisk selection of fall flicks for your soon-to-be autumn enjoyment.
Apple is on a role with their updates and allowing third parties to hook into their Apple TV device: back in June the company added HBO GO, WatchESPN and Sky News apps, last month Vevo TV, Disney Channels, Smithsonian and Weather Channel showed up on our little black devices, next it was Amazon with their update to watch Amazon Video on the Apple TV, and then the big 6.0 firmware update offering iTunes Radio, iTunes Music Store and AirPlay from iCloud. Yesterday Apple added yet more content with Major League Soccer and Disney Junior channels appearing now on Apple TV home screen.
On the back of Apple’s iOS 7 release this Wednesday, Apple TV 6.0 has been released, taking it out of beta finally, having been in that status since June. With it brings a number of new features from iTunes Radio, and as we previously reported AirPlay from iCloud which allows other users’ DRM’d content to be streamed from their iCloud to your Apple TV.
