The new box from boxee isn’t either, they have removed all network streaming capabilities. The best solution imo would simply be an ATV with an App store that is backwards compatible with iPad apps. There are so many great TV watching apps on there already, and many more could follow specifically designed for TV.

Someone needs to step up and create a box/platform that the industry as a whole will adopt – like a Bluray player but for Internet/network media.

Or… Kickstarter project?!
