True, but I’m wondering whether jailbreaking would be AS critical with an app store. Obviously it would be as important as it is to the iPhone, but what if XBMC and the like were allowed as an app? That would likewise be a wonderful turn of events. In the meantime, my ATV3 continues to sit in the closet unopened!
