Agree with you. If your talking Movies, there are a couple of good hits out there. If your talking TV Shows its a different story… I’m not much into reality TV shows. If I look back, I just find that the number of shows I follow on a loyal basis have come down drastically.

Real issue may come up with the fact that cable companies themselves are now becoming content providers. IF Comcast were to have it’s way, it would tier down network access speed to outlets like Netflix and iTunes and essentially force it’s users to use it’s own Xfinity Streampix for content. in effect reducing the Apple TV to something little more than a television with a built in version of the present set top box. I’m sure Verizon and the others have similar ideas.

I’m a little sceptical when you talk about revolutionizing the TV industry. I feel it goes hand-in-hand with content; content at the moment is becoming more and more crap which in relation means less time in front of a TV, less ppl interested…
