I have an apple tv 2. i was trying to jail break and i pressed the boot tethered option. Now when i put it on the tv it doesnt come on. What do I have to do in order to make it untethered or how can i use it tethered?

wow. i just did the update. all worked… but i only have computer / fire core icons… THAT’S it!!! help!!!

I need some help. I want to do an untethered jailbreak of ATV2. When I look at the specs under ABOUT on the ATV interface, it says that I am running 5.0 (4099). Can I use the Seas0nPass AppleTV2,1_5.0_9B206f_restore.ipsw file?

I’m currently on the tethered jailbreak. Is there a quick and easy way to convert it to an untethered jailbreak, or do I need to restore and rejailbreak?
