At the point where it says disconnect the USB and connect the HDMI it doesn’t say if the AC power cable should be connected too? or should that have been connected at the start of the tethered boot section?

Also, during the iTunes restore section, I had to select and click ‘Open’ on the firmware file but that step isn’t mentioned.
