I get error code 1600, I used iReb and then only get error 20, 21.
Until I get into msconfig, disable avast antivirus from startup service, and startup program, restart the PC, use iReb (for taking out error 1600) and then worked for me

Hey,
So I want to jailbreak my Apple TV 2 with iOS 4.4.2.
I do understand the jailbreaking procedure, no problem for that, and I do understand how to boot it in a tethered way.
BUT,
I have my Apple TV in the living room, and my Mac in another room. No problem for jailbreaking, but at the moment I'll have to boot the Apple TV in a tethered manner, I'll have to plug in the power cord.
SO, how to move my now jailbroken and booted Apple TV back to the TV????

Guys, is there a tethered boot application available for the ATV2 on OS 10.5.x? I can hook up my old mac next to the TV (until an untethered hack comes along), but I cannot carry half my study to the living room each time XBMC crashes resulting in the need for a tethered reboot! (yes, XBMC crashes/hangs up, costing me 3 hours per time to sort out, not acceptable...)

I spent 4 days trying to get this hack to work and finally figured it out. To upload the IPSW wait till seasonpass asks you to connect the ATV2, Connect the USB cable Connect the power cable and then hold Menu + Down till the lights blink rapidly. There are 3 speeds of blinking it takes about 6 seconds to get the right ones. The ATV2 is now reseting. The light will blink once and then a long blink, hold the Menu + Play/Pause button for 7 seconds as soon as you see this long blink. The unit will go into DFU. The unit is still reseting before this long blink so dont go to early. It takes Practice.
